WinPIQ · DECISION QUALITY
A winning result can still come from a bad decision
Good decision, bad result. Weak decision, lucky result. WinPIQ grades the decision — price discipline, information completeness, acknowledged uncertainty, closing-line value — separately from what the ball did.
The decision receipt
Before kickoff you freeze: selection or pass, the price you saw, your confidence, one reason and one opposing reason. Core fields cannot be edited after lock.
The quality score
After settlement, dq_v1 scores 0–100 from decision-state discipline (30), price discipline (25), freshness (15), acknowledged uncertainty (15) and CLV where a closing price exists (15).
Why this changes behaviour
Grading the process rewards the habits that compound — and stops a lucky win from teaching the wrong lesson.
When we say 60%, does it happen 60% of the time?
