Privacy Policy

WinPIQ ("the site", "we") is a football analysis and probability-estimation service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. The site is for people aged 18+ only.

Account data: the e-mail you sign in with (magic link), language and market settings, notification preferences.

Content you create: decisions saved in your area, budgets and limits you set, ticket images you upload for analysis (deleted after processing, never stored permanently).

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and usage times — via cookies and analytics tools.

Payments: card details go directly to the payment provider and are never stored by us.

To provide the service (sign-in, saved decisions, alerts), improve models and interface, secure the site and prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Hosting (Vercel, Supabase), product analytics (PostHog), error monitoring (Sentry), language models for the advisor chat and ticket OCR (Anthropic), a payment provider, and sports-data providers. Each receives only what it needs under confidentiality and security terms.

Some processors operate outside Israel (EU / US) in accordance with applicable law.

We use essential cookies (sign-in, language, market) and analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

Account data is kept while the account is active and up to 12 months after deletion for backup and legal compliance. Published prediction records (Proof) are immutable and contain no personal data.

We apply standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access control, audit logs). No system is fully immune; we will notify you of a security incident as required by law.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981 (and GDPR for EU residents) you may access, correct or delete your data, object to marketing and withdraw consent. In your area you can turn off alerts and marketing and start a cooling-off period.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn we collected data from a minor, we delete it.
